Benjamin is a full-time Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker and Notary Public with a deep commitment to serving Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties. He began his real estate career in 1998, became a licensed broker in 2006, and founded Rational Realty to provide personalized service rooted in local knowledge and experience. He is a member of the Pensacola Association of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®. Born and raised in Navy Point, Benjamin has lifelong ties to the Pensacola area. He met his wife of over 28 years here, and they were married on Pensacola Beach. They have one adult son. Benjamin holds an Associate of Science in Management Technology, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He is a Certified Senior Specialist (CSS), has completed the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) course with the National Association of REALTORS®, and was previously a Florida licensed real estate instructor for many years—until the industry shifted largely to online education. In addition to his real estate expertise, Benjamin is a licensed 100-Ton Master Merchant Mariner with sailing and towing endorsements. A lifelong boater with over 40 years of experience on local waters, he offers valuable insight for buyers considering waterfront properties, especially those with specific depth or access requirements. With experience working with builders and a strong background in interior design, construction, and marketing, Benjamin brings a comprehensive approach to real estate.
